About

Candice Lee

With an MSc in Psychology and coaching and leadership certifications from CTI, I confidently support clients to navigate life with authenticity, grace and vitality. My coaching practice weaves together Western psychological theory with Eastern traditions of spirituality, infusing sessions with tailored practices to assist you in developing self compassion, mindfulness, emotional intelligence and body awareness. With the ultimate goal of facilitating a return to balance and alignment, I partner with you to pattern new, healthier ways of moving through the world while being in rich relationship with one's self and others.

I describe holistic coaching with me as an intimate, personal journey towards self-acceptance and self-understanding in the company of a non-judgmental, empathetic witness. As this witness, I seek to learn and fully understand who you are, what you believe, and how I might best be of support. In our time together, we'll look at what is (and is not) working in your life and work together to pattern healthy, authentic ways of moving through the world, while building your capacity for feeling your feelings, resourcing self support and uncovering internal sources of resilience and brilliance.
